Bird's Eye View

I"m not sure if this is a bug or not, but at certain times of the game, my view would be changed to a bird's eye view. Sometimes its so far up i can't see any of my units. How do I switch it back to normal view....sorry this is probably a newbie question but I tried everything i could think of and it only makes it worse.

I hope you have a wheel mouse.

Alternatively, you can use Page Up and Page Down.

No wonder...i dont have a mouse and i just found out my page up doesnt work.

Doesn't ctrl-g toggle globe view as well?
