I'm strongly interested in broadening the diplomatic options, range of AI responses and bringing a bigger sense of 'control' to this aspect of the game.
Is this something that will require the SDK or can it be done within the existing scope of XML files and Python code? (I'm extremely strong in both, incidentally, being a web applications developer and database programmer).
I will admit that I have not dug into the various CIV files, but before I start, I'd like to know if I should be waiting for the SDK or even if someone else is working on this?
