BTS and W7 x64 doesn't run...:(

I just wanted to ask if anybody had problems with W7 x64 bits and BTS because I can't make it to run...

GOW, GTA IV and other with no problems... but one of my favourites game can't

Any help? I've tried almost everything...

OK loading the patch with Administrator is the fix
