Bug in Unit Promotion Screen

The screen to choose a unit promotion pops up, and I then Alt+Tab to another Window (I am playing in Windowed mode). When I Alt+Tab back to the game, selecting a promotion does not actually activate it. I can click as many promotions as I like and nothing happens. I have to close the dialog and then reopen it, which allows me to select a promotion as normal.

This has happened on two different sessions on two different games. I am running Windows 10.
