Camera stuck in overhead view

I did something and my camera view is stuck in overhead and I *HATE* it! When I zoom in, the view doesn't switch to the angled view, it stays direct overhead. How do I fix this?

You having flying camera enabed.To enter or exit use that command.To get rid of it altogether, enter the .ini file and find "Flying Camera"; replace the 1 with a 0.
