Can I play a Mod-civ with real start positions?

I want to play a Mod-civ,but I don't now if I can play it on a Earth Map with real start positions.Please help.

I use a mod that is called Yet (not) Another Earth Maps Pack. It has all the true world locations and many options. It is even made after the patch that city's must be 3 or more tiles apart. It is a very big map and also 1 of the most popular mods.
