Can somebody suggest a GOOD flight sim for MY compter, please?

I have a PC that is about 18 months old. It is (upgraded to) 96 RAM. 8GB. Celeron III processor, and i have a 2 Button GRAVIS joytick.

I have been playing F-18A Hornet, and would like something better now.

I am seeking advice, becuase i (obviously) dont know too much about computers, and I have heard that flight sims are memory munchers, and can be quite tricky to install.

So if anyone can recommend some fligt sims, i would appreciate it.

I think the flightsim from microsoft are good but if it's combat simulation you want, I don't know. I used to play Aces of the Pacific and Red Baron.
