Can't find where my workshop mods are stored.

Ive already reinstalled the game twice, and looked everywhere. The mods are showing up when I go in game, but I cant find the folder which is an issue since I'm trying to download VP.

There is no cache nor MODS folder in the games files.

Tried making a mods folder and installing VP anyways, but it doesnt show up in the mods list in the game.
