Can't found new city

I'm in my first 100 turn and i can't found colonist in my production list
any tips ?​

Make sure you have:
(1) Not enabled the "One City Challenge" option in the game setup screen.
(2) Not collapsed the unit tab in the construction menu (can be toggle by clicking on the "units" button).

i see all units except colonist
