Cant get my scnearios to work!

For some reason, everytime I download a scenarios and unzip it (I have a Mac) I cant play the scenario! Is it because I have a mac? have I forgotten something important_

If you own an original, or FW (Fantastic Worlds), some scenarios, especially the more recent and/or complex ones, won't work.

I believe that there is a conversion utility program out there somewhere that will handily convert whatever version you own to an MGE equivalent.

Don't know if that will solve your problems, but it might.

I do have the Mac MGE, the Scneraios I tries were American Front, Grand Imperium and Dominion War, in each case the icon which would normaly be the scenario icon would simply be "normal" without the Civ2 icon on it, and when I tried ot open it, it said that there was to applicaiotn that could open it, even with Civ2 installed and with the scenario in the Scenairo file.

I think I am missing somehitng, but I am not sure what...
