Cash trade with AI ratio @ 21.8

I search the forum and didn't find anything about it.
Has anyone notice if we gift AI 1g multiple times (usually 21 times),

the relationship goes up till the AI is willing sell us at 21.8g

We can loan (sell) AI 21g/turn, and get the cash (buy) back at 21.8, on the same turn.

Perhaps they will declare war on you before the deal ends ?

They can pay for 2 turns and still make a few credits profit I think
