I want to activate the Influences for Barbarian and Naval Battles. I can find where they are defined but can't figure out how to change them.

Can I get a little help?

Also, how do I change the frequency percentage that a given resource will appear? In my current game it seems there is uranium deposits near every city but only 4 or 5 wheat for a hugh game map.

I thought the influence stuff was in the RevDCM tab of the BUG options screen (Ctrl-Alt-O)

If I remember correctly the percentages for resource appearance is a couple of tags on the resource file CIV4BonusInfos.XML in Assets/XML/Terrain. You would need to look at the Modiki for details. The link to the Modiki is in the menu area of this and every CivFanatics screen.
