CIty Tile Status Questions

Have not played Civ in a while, so I just downloaded the new version BAT and came across the City Tile Staus function with the colors. Can someone tell me what the colors mean? I found one post about the colors, however the post colors don't match want I am seeing in my city, so perhaps the colors have changed.

Sorry to bump this thread up, but still not sure about what these are. The circles appear around the city tiles when I right-click on a city. They have different colors black, red, blue, green. Can someone let me know what they mean? Thanks.

I used to know, but I can't remember anymore. I think they have something to do with production identifiers, and they are specifically related to BUG and BULL.
