So i start the game in steam everything works fine.
Then i select the settings i want to play on then it starts to load.
I read the little Welcome _________ Leader of the_____ message, i can hear the ambient music and i can see the globe cursor spinning and then it crashes.
I am unable to play the game. I cant load anything or go on multiplayer. Oh i use windows 7.

Before i was able to use Direct X10/11 but now i cant.
I had no other problems before with CiV It just started randomly one day.
Those smilies represent how i feel.
Edit: Oh and ive uninstall-ed and reinstalled the game 4-5 times from the disk.
