Hey, been a few years since my last post, but... I have this problem with my Windows 7 laptop running Civ 3 complete.

When entering a negotiation page (F4) and speaking with another civ leader, the text (to accept, to offer, to decline) is positioned below the page.

I have a screenshot of the problem, but having been a while since my last log on here, I have forgotten the procedure to post a picture...

Any advice?

here is the screeny of the problem, notice the response lines seem to be double spaced...

Is there somewhere I can change the text size or spacing within Civ3 Complete?

I have exactly the same problem. I'm trying to run Civ3 Complete on my new Toshiba laptop (q775-3dv78). haven't had any problems with any other games so far (including some older than Civ3). But Civ3 runs... but the text looks a bit odd, as if the letters were truncated slightly, and in the diplomacy screens (for instance), as the original poster shows in his pic, the text is completely out of the box and below where it's supposed to be.

I hope someone posts soon who knows a solution. (I tried the Code 28/Code 13 thing with the font, all those two did was cause problems, not solve this).
