[GS] Civilization Creation Tutorial and Template please

I've searched high and low on the internet but could not find a Civilization (and leader) Tutorial and Template for GS. If someone could suggest one that'd be great.

I have one. I'm planning to upload it as a resource - should have time to tidy it up, sense-check it and publish tomorrow.

I've built it from the ground up to cover the structure needed for both game-code and 'commonly-used' artwork.
