Civilizations updated for Brave New World

I've decided to post some of the civs I've done BNW updates on. The original makers seem to have disappeared so I'm going to put these up here for everyone to use.

The rar files at the bottom of this post contain 4 civs as separate mods (two in each archive). Listed below with their original G&K versions:

Full credit goes to these modders for their fantastic work and I'm very happy to help more people play their civs. I've played many games with these civs present and as yet haven't had any issues with them.

For these ones the changes weren't major I think, just adding the BNW flavors for the leaders. The biggest changes were removing the faith purchase ability for the Chimu's UU (other civs could buy it) and making Finland a non-replacer.
