Consequences of having G&K off but BNW on?

I'm playing a game where I switched off G&K DLC but kept BNW. My question is - what are the game play repercussions of this?

Moderator Action: Moved to BNW.

No G&K civs except Ethiopia. G&K game play mechanics carry over, except as further modified by BNW.
