I was messing with a shell extension and I FUBAR'd the icon cache. But then I used the fixit thingy listed here to put it back and its fine now. But now I have a weird issue where, every so often (it seems to be at random) Windows Explorer acts up and won't let me paste any files or drag and drop them to the folders.

Things I've noticed:
-- Keyboard shortcuts do work.
-- So does using any program other than explorer.exe.
-- To fix it, I don't even need to kill any processes; just close and re-open the window.
-- If it matters, this is the shell extension that I accidentally used to mess up the icon cache in the first place. I'd like to keep it, if at all possible:
http://code.google.com/p/sagethumbs/
(Basically, it just uses XnView's GFL library to produce thumbnails for weirder formats.)
There's an option for it involving the Thumbnail Cache. By default it's checked. I'll wait until somebody suggests it to uncheck it.

Edit: Weird. Hasn't happened yet. I stayed up until 5:30 a.m. to try to fix it and then decided to sleep on it. But now its not doing it anymore.
