In COTM 31, the large map size and the holiday season prompted civ_steve to give players an extra week, and many took advantage of it, with just less than half the players submitting in the final week.

At the top of the heap was klarius (again). He beat Drazek on score, but not on fastest domination. killercane won bronze.
