culture win trigger question

i have 122,680 in culture at the moment and china looks like it has about 100k. if there culture stopped, would i win a culture victory at 200k? what about if someone has 60k in culture and i have 120k in culture?

You need 100,000 AND double the culture of any other civ. So I china had exactly 100,000 then yes, you would need 200,000. I think you need MORE than double, so it would be 200,001. If someone had 60,000 you would need 120,001.

Or 20,000 in 1 city, regardless of any other civ's culture.
