Back in Civ II, there was a .txt file I could edit that allowed me to completely customize my auto build governer. He'd go down the list, build the first thing on the list he could, and every time there was a new tech he'd start back at the beginning. It was taken out of Civ III, which disappointed me greatly.
Is there some form of it in Civ IV? I can't find it anywhere.
