Deal menu empty

Anytime a deal is proposed by myself or AI, even peace deals, the entire menu is empty with additional non-functional buttons.

I don't think I've ever seen that "demand deal" button. Are you using any mods?

You sure, "Demand Deal" isn't in the Base game as far as I know.

It was due to an old version of concise UI, haven't played in a while so completely forgot I had it installed, thanks for the quick reply and help!
