Diplomatic Victory in Multiplayer???

Hey, have you ever won a diplomatic victory on multiplayer?? With a moajority of the players being human would the human player be stupid enough to vote for you like the AI. All the humans would simply just abstain. PLease post if you have won on Diplomatic Victory and how. And what do you vote when someone else sets up the election. Also how does the computer pick the two contestants for Secretary General??
