I just won an election for Supreme Leader in a PBEM game. I've talked with the only other human player in the game, and he's reportedly accepted the outcome. Despite this, nothing seems to happen - the only result of the election noticeable to me was a "measure passes" message.
I'd expect either a scoring screen or a war; instead, normal play seems to continue, fairly aimlessly, with no change in diplomatic relations at all. I still merely have peace treaties with each of the remaining factions.
Is this normal? Is there a way to get to a "proper" victory scoring screen? How is the end of a game supposed to be handled in PBEM?
