Domestic Discussion: Wonder Pre-Builds

Please let me know what you think of these plans:

Kyoto

Our great city of Kyoto is pumping out an imcomprehensible 70 shields/pt thanks to a new Coal Plant and of course, our Golden Age. This would be an ideal location for a Palace Pre-Build for Theory of Evolution. Since the discovery of Scientific Method is still in the distance, now would be an ideal time to set Kyoto up with a Bank, a University and a Cathedral before starting the Pre-Build. These can all be completed in 3 turns each.

After that, the pre-build for ToE can begin. At 600 shields total, this wonder can be built in Kyoto in 9 turns! Actually, our Golden Age will end before this is complete, so we are probably looking at 11-12 turns.

Bremershaven

This city is producing 49 shields/pt and would be a great place to build Wall Street(7 turns). Our fifth and final Bank should be ready in 1-2 turns.

Looks good, Donavon.

My only concern about Kyoto is the improvements installed to get theat shield output that high. Considering the factory, coal plant, and high population, polution will likely affect the city and bring that production time up higher.

If that happens I hope the DP is helpfull and sends some workers to clean it up ASAP.

And Kyoto can probably build the Hoover Dam as well, if we don't have another GL by then...
