No Mods installed and just a basic random setting

This happened with me once while I was playing as the Aztecs and exactly like this scenario he also popped near me. Its just a one off thing, not a bug.

While i agree its not realy a problem. I have over 1200h on the clock and never had this. Now i just had it a second time in a row... just hope its a coincidence

Double check the Advanced Setup screen. Are you sure you don't have England specified as an opponent AI?
