Downloaded Scenarios Error

I have gone to the main page for these downloads to get answers but have not got a response, but in general, if you get and error message at 30% loaded after you first click a downloaded scenario and the error is for a missing pediaicon entry, does that mean a file is mising or that the creator forgot to create one

Likely the pediacon file in the d/l is not the correct one. Check the thread to see, if it has one postred with corrections.
