Downloading off IRC

My friend told me about a site that gives you IRC channels to download things off of, but I can't find the site, and he said it was very complicated. Can anyone help?

It's very simple to download files illegally from IRC. The problem is, it's illegal.

if we are talking about illegal files, this thread shouldn't exist.

however, just assuming we're not, i'm sure that there is a whole bunch of irc channels that do this stuff, and you should probably just get the web address off your friend. actually downloading them should be quite easy, as jeratain said.

Not only is it illegal to talk about warez in the forum, it's the same for the IRC server we're on. In fact, you'll notice that all users are banned from any warez file channels.
