New biq here, Aug 2, has added ability of CIA, Soviet Secret Police, and Chinese Secret Police small wonders to undertake spy missions. I don't know how I missed that, yet again, but it should be good now.

Any reason that Central Intelligence Agency (US - Spawns CIA Agent) and Soviet Secret Police HQ (WP - spawns KGB Agent) do not allow spy missions like their counterparts British SIS Agency (CW - spawns MI6 Agent) and Mossad Intel Agency (EU - spawns Mossad Agent)?

In the mean time, contact with the Soviet Ambassador to the UN (slow response) can be made by posting in this thread; contact with the Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Soviet Union (slower response) can be reached by PM through this forum. I will check it again now.
All should be on the same footing.

CubsFan, do you have an MSN account? I can walk you through realtime starting up the game. The painful part (not really painful), is setting up the player names and titles.

Let's shoot for tomorrow evening. I still want to check out the espionage issue that VC pointed out, and I just got home 40 minutes ago, and I am heading to bed in about 10 minutes.

You know what, PM me your phone number.
I will phone you. It is way faster.
I will clean up the biq today, confirm that the the espionage stuff is good, do a last once over on the unit costs to make sure I have continuity with the July 4th biq, and fire off to you the biq.
Then tonight, we can talk and I can walk you through it, with you and I doing the same thing at the same time on the same biq. But yours is the real game biq, I toss my save out the door.
 
I unfortunatly can't do it over the phone. You see I got rid of my house phone. So I only have a cell phone. No long distance. I also have to pay for recieved calls. So I think we should just stick with msn.

Can cities be given in deals.
 
As a reminder for players. If a war gets going, please include action reports on what was intercepted/destroyed, combat, etc since the other players in question won't be able to see the results of the combat.
 
Gents, note the changed biq yesterday.
 
Sorry for the delay. Cubsfan and I could not connect yesterday. I was in transit a fair bit yesterday. He PM'ed em is gone for the weekend, so it looks like we start Monday.
