DVD problems

I'm having some serious problems playing DVDs at the moment. I've been using ATI multimedia center to play DVDs. For a while there it used to crash as I went to shut it down, it didn't really bother me because I was shutting it down anyway. Now it won't let me watch the DVD. I just installed a new codec pack to get a few MPEGs working, and since then I haven't been able to watch DVDs. I get this error:

Anyone any ideas what's wrong and how to fix it. I've tried a couple of different players, and none of them work

Ok. Now it is working I just uninstalled the Nimo codec pack and it's working grand now. The only thing is that I might need the codecs in the future. Any advice on getting a pack that won't screw up my system.

Nimo codec pack dosn't screw the DVD utilities for me, so have you tried InterVideo WinDVD 4 that works together with nimo codec pack.
