Dwarf Fortress Download problem

I don't get how to download dwarf fortress. when i download 1 of the mirrors it comes up as text files and when i download another it replaces that. Help me please!

Right-click > save as. Extract with WinZip

Which file are you trying to download? The correct one is called df_27_176_38c.zip and has an executable called dwarfort.exe in it. Execute it to start the game
