early civ wonders de-wonderfulled!

i'll like to have, in a four-civ game, the pyramids already built in egypt, and a stonehendge in each of the other civs. further, i'd like the pyramid to give oblisks to each egyptian city built and to come, and the stonehendge a granary to every once and future stonehendged civ's cities. can this be done? i'm dumb, and haven't been able to make the civ xml add buildings...
