I've discovered a half dozen AI so far without incident. Then for unknown reason every single AI I've met since has already been at a state of war with me. I'll meet them, we even swap delegations, AI is happy... then the unit that found my scouts will attack them. No declarations are made, it's a pre-existing war.
Happened to 3 different AI in this game, so far.
I literally cannot start a single game and not find new grievous bugs. There comes a point where enough is enough.
