Failed to read worldbuilder save

Hi, I have just downloaded the "Earth 2010" scenario and extracted the files to BeyondTheSword/Mods but when I try to play, instead of picking which civ, there is an error message saying,
"Failed to read worldbuilder file 'MODS/Earth2010\PublicMaps/Earth2010.CivBeyondSwordWBSave"
Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
