Feature Transfer Error

I'm getting an error when trying to install Civ4... heres a picture of it any helpful is greatly appreciated.

just to let u guys know if it helps at all I downloaded this off Direct2drive.

I'm receiving this exact same error and have tried several things so far to fix it. Any help with this error would be appreciated.
