Figure Heads not showing in expansion packs

For whatever reason, the NEW civilizations' figure heads are not showing in game. I didn't think this was an issue (just thought it was odd) until I saw images of the new civs on this site.

Please help! This is for Warlords and BTS.

It's not that unusual; expansion packs typically have far lower budgets than new games (Re: lack of Nimoy voiceovers for Warlords/BTS techs).
