File viewing problem

Hey,

I have a problem with viewing certain files on my hard drive. Actually, its the temporary internet files situated in
c:/documents and settings/myname/localsettings/temporary internet files

This temporary internet files file is supposed to contain about 25 000 files for a total size of about 850 mo, but I cannot see any of them. I tried to uncheck the "hide protected system files" option but it didn't change a thing.

I suspect some of the content to be parts of Trojans so I would really need to access them.

If anyone as even a hint as to how I can solve this it would be greatly appreciated.......

local settings not localsettings. easier way is to open your IE , go to tolls,temp. file settings, view files

Hmmm, I cant find the temp option in tools....., is it somewhere in the internet options??
