Where should it go?
I think that coppertown has the production and the central location that are ideal for this.

I thought about Coppertown too but then I spotted Cumae. If we capture Cumae we can much better construct the Forbidden Palace there.

Berlin > Cumae

We could also build the FP quickly in Coppertown, and then build a new palace in Berlin or somewhere else in the NE.

Coppertown is too near from NotA to get FP.

IMO, better think a little ahead: when all this continent is ours (as it is fair)
where the FP serves best?

I'd say Berlin is best in that case. However, we could also move our normal palace there, NotA isn't a great location at all (although the production bonus from bureaucracy there is really great).

Cumae isn't such a good production place. It would take ages for the FB to be built.
