how to obtain Founding Father based on Points?

All Founding Fathers require political points and you can get them by producing liberty bells (in the town hall). For exploration points you just need to uncover the map and visit indian villages, religion points come from crosses (church) or establishing missions, trade points from trade (either with europe or the natives) and military points from fighting or from building military buildings.

Alternatively you can switch your colony production to any of the above.
