Has anyone seen this happen in the latest patch:
I had conquered an enemy city, and decided to annex it. My happiness jumped to -12 or so I think. I then waited for the city to get out of rebellion, and bought a courthouse. My final happiness after all of this was +7. I decided to take a break and play again later, so I saved the game and exited. When I came back after a few hours I loaded the game up and my happiness was at -12.
Anyone see this bug in the latest patch?
