Help Changing Leader Name

I have played all parts of civilization I am a loyal fan.I don't need any big changes, I just wanted to change the name of my leader, I'm not a programmer, and according to the type on the steam community that I did when rewriting the txt file in the notepad++ program, it still doesn't work for me, please don't you have a type for an ignorant person and a non-programmer so that I can just change leader name?thanks a lot for all the info

Do you want to change it everytie or just change one of the leaders to something else. I don't think the first is possible. The second with a SQL file mod
