I don,t know anything about this place where do you play multiplayer games and how do you create scenarious can you help me please.

This is the right place to learn about making scenarios. However, it will be very difficult to get help if you do not have anything specific to ask. Please have a look at the downloads section of the main site for basic info first. Scanning through the last 100 days of threads for titles which match your needs would help as well.
