Hi
I know that there are some threads around with troubles with the Radeon Mobility 7500, but I did as mentioned in the threads (got the latest driver version, reinstalled Civ, and unpacked and removed the art0.fpk), disabled the AGP ,set the other bacon to "no fast writing" as recommended for my Radeon and still have a lot of trouble

The game starts, the landscape is now not black and has countures but is white instead, the sea is black; when I move around the map the sea starts getting coulor but is black again when movements end- well I can live with this (even when it´s annoying)
This is not the worst: on the City screen and when I have a settler I only see the bread Icons but no coin or hammer icons- the sum on the top of the city screen is right, but It´s impossible to play this way when I always have to look at the impossible headache-producing (I guess the font is set 5 or so
) small numbers.
Has anyone an Idea what I should try ? (btw. I couldn´t install the ATI drivers but had to use the Omage drivers, which shouldn´t be a problem according to the other guys here)
When anyone has an idea that works I will buy him a good decent beer
(I speak of Austrian or bavarian beer here, not the stuff guys in America tend to drink- I speak of something like a Murauer Bock with good 9% Alk in it and a taste lika ambrosia )
