Help with Preferences

Hi.

I dunno what I did, but for some reason all units are moving so quickly that I cant keep track of what they're doing. Moreover, I cant seem to find the button or toggle to slow them down.
I had unit movement rate nice and slow before (the default rate, I assumed). I could watch them walk to location and begin working, for example. Now they just zoom.
This happens in all of my games, so it's not because of railroads.
Can anyone help my noobishness?

In Preferences under Units, make sure these boxes are ticked:

Animate our manual moves
Animate our automatic moves
Animate friend moves
Animate enemy moves

In the later stages of the game I un-tick Animate friend moves since it is quite boring watching 20 ships sail by my coastline one ship at a time every turn.
