Hippolyta's Command is bugged

When click on the sword icon (Hippolyta's Command) nothing happens even though there is an adjacent unit already moved in the turn . The ability is not targetable.

Problem similarly encountered on 04/14/2021; Hippolyta's Command has no apparent functionality. I click on the sword, target one of my own units that has moved, and 'something' appears to happen (I cannot do it a second time in a turn, for example), but the targeted unit does not heal.
