HOF MOD question

I submit games to the BTS HOF and have been using the BUFFY MOD for the past 8 months on my home PC. I bought a new laptop with Win 7 and installed vanilla, WL and BTS (and their patches) from factory discs using the advice on this forum. All 3 games ran fine. When I installed and ran the Buffy MOD, I got the note that games wouldn't be accepted, but again found the fix on this forum. I am now running a fast game to see if I can successfully submit to the HOF

So here are my questions:
With my PC setup (since using BTS-3.19 and BUFFY) all those useful multi-colored icons appear. Are those from BUFFY?

Any ideas on why they are not appearing on my fresh new notebook installation?
