Hotseat Load/Save Problems

Ok, say i am playing a game with a few friends, when i got to save, you have to save for each and every person for some reason, and they each get different save files, and when you try and load them,it only lets you load one. What gives?

If host is going to host again, he saves.
All players retire, host loads saved game, players come to his IP.
