How do I join ladder games?

I've enjoyed playing online multiplayer games, but lately it seems that most of the options are "ladder" games that I am unable (or not allowed) to join.

What is a "ladder" game and how do I join in?

I'm running CSC v1.22

Hi,

You have to register on the following Web site to play ladder game :
www.myleague.com/civ3players
then you can go back to Game Spy Arcade and play.

However, I have posted my registration two days ago, and I still had no reply from the Administrators...furthermore you have to indicate why you want to join the league...I hope these guys are not the kind of those thinking they are God on earth just simply because they are Admins. I have seen so many of them, that u wonder how people can become so limited and lose all common sense.

Anyhow, we shall see and hopefully we'll be registered soon !

Everyone is accepted into the "ladder" The reason for the admins tardy reply was due to our CCC (Civ Clan Championship) this past weekend. I am sure you will get your invite as quick as possible. Please feel free to come and play with many players who love civ and love MP
