How do i make an AMB file?

i opened an AMB file with word pad but i dont think it wasnt read properly.
i need to fix my sniper unit's attack sound but before i can do that i NEED to learn how to make an AMB file.
im new here and this forum is massive so forgive me if some one already answered this question but i dont know were to start.
also if you would like for me to make a custom sound effect for you i probably could, im especialy good at sci-fi sound effects / robot voices,lasers, all that jazz. anyways if u need a sound send me a PM.

You might want to ask over in the Creation and Customization area of the Forum. I'm guessing someone over there can fix you right up.

?.... i though it said that only posts that had attached files could be put there....
like it was only for stuff that had already been created.......
maybe i didnt read or remember somthing right.
still... if i did post wrong... please before you MOD guys close this thing could you
tell me how to make an amb file???

You can ask your question in the main C&C forum. You were looking at the "Completed..." fora which are for completed mod files. You'll be far more likely to get an answer to your question there. Good luck.
